No. Tickets are not mailed out before the event but will be available for pick up at the Foot Forward Summit registration desk at the venue.

You should pre-register in order to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount Rate and to secure your seat as there is limited space at the event. If you register after the early bird deadline, you will be charged the current rate.  Pre-registering will also save you valuable time in line at the registration counter at the show.

Yes, space allowing, you may purchase any of the tickets directly at the event. However, space at Foot Forward Summit is limited and the only way to guarantee a seat is to pre-register.

Cancellations must be made in writing and must be postmarked on or before JULY 18, 2019 to qualify for a refund. No refunds or credits will be granted, under circumstances, after JULY 18, 2019. Please email your cancellation letter to Lorena Cardenas or mail/fax to:

For travel planning purposes, please note that the event will kick off with a networking reception on the evening of Sunday, August 11, followed by a full day of educational sessions and exhibits on Monday, August 12. Optional all-day advanced education and certification offered by sponsors will be held on Tuesday, August 13.
